 * 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
 * 1/3 cup olive oil
 * 1/4 cup new cranberries
 * 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
 * 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
 * 1/2 teaspoon salt
 * 1/2 teaspoon ground dark pepper
 * 2 tablespoons water
 * 1/2 red onion, meagerly cut
 * 4 ounces disintegrated blue cheddar
 * 1 pound blended salad greens

 Guidelines
